Your score, your choice
You can get a Comfort Score without sharing contact details. This notice explains what happens when you choose to contact Madek Mechanical Limited.
What the Comfort Score uses
The five answers you choose are used in your browser to calculate and display a score. You can see that result without giving your name, email address or phone number. If you choose “Send my results to Madek,” the score and your answers are included with the contact message you submit.
What happens when you contact us
The form asks for your name, email address and message. Phone is optional. We use those details, and any score you choose to share, to respond to your enquiry. The website sends a confirmation to your email address and an enquiry notice to info@madekhvac.com using Resend, our email delivery provider.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and useful actions, such as starting or completing a Comfort Score, clicking a phone link, and successfully sending the contact form. Analytics events may include the type of space, score and score band, but we do not send your name, email address, phone number, message or individual answers to Google Analytics. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical information about your browser, device and approximate location. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
Technical information
The form uses basic technical checks to reduce spam and repeated submissions. The site host and email provider process information needed to deliver the website and the messages you request.
Your choices and questions
